Ground breaking delousing system for wellboats, service vessels, and processing plants
SFI WATERFALL
Engineering the Next Generation of Delousing
Developed from the proven, patented SFI SYSTEM mechanical delousing technology.
Sloped treatment geometry keeps fish aligned for optimal exposure at low pressure.
Operates standalone on service vessels, as post-treatment on wellboats, or integrated into processing plants.
Dual water-handling separates process and transport water, keeping lice, mucus, and scales out of the transport water, supporting fish welfare and maintaining water quality.
Process water is filtered and discharged without reuse, enabling continuous seawater use.
25 t/hour per treatment line; scalable in parallel for capacity or in series for increased efficacy.
Multiple chambers deliver high delousing rates while preserving fish welfare.
Compact and flexible design suitable for varied vessel layouts and plant installations.

Reduce lice risk, ensure compliance with Chinese import rules
Standalone Flow-Through Delousing System
SFI WATERFALL is built to operate as a standalone flow-through system. This compact and proven technology is ideal for smaller service vessels. Each line can handle 25 tons per hour. With flexible configurations, capacities beyond 150 tons per hour are possible to match—or exceed—the ideal throughput of SeaQuest’s 16-inch live fish pump.
Wellboat Standalone or Post-Flush System
With an efficient, compact delousing system, wellboats gain both flexibility and performance. The system delivers excellent lice removal, high energy efficiency, and dual water handling that preserves water quality in the cargo hold.
Its compact size also makes it well suited for retrofitting on existing vessels.
Processing Plants
SFI WATERFALL helps prevent sea lice from reaching customers. China enforces a zero-tolerance policy for visible lice, placing strict demands on exporters.
By rinsing fish immediately upon entry to your processing facilities, SFI WATERFALL reduces the number of lice entering the plant—lowering export risk and easing processing burden.
